ECR Integration (A. 1098)

Before accepting live payments, each terminal (physical only pos) must be properly configured to meet Greek fiscal requirements according to A.1098.

Configure the Terminal Device

Go to your Terminal Device and navigate to the icon labeled “AADE”.

There, you’ll be guided through the required steps for enabling fiscal compliance. Follow the on-screen instructions to Set the correct compliance mode (A.1155 or A.1098).

A.1098 – Cash Register Integration Setup

If your terminal will be integrated with a cash register , you’ll need to configure the technical connection between the terminal and the register. Connecting to a Certified Provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ) & Locking the Terminal.

To complete this you will need the following data:

• Acquirer ID = 011
• Terminal ID → Retrievable via the Merchant Dashboard or through API List of Terminals endpoint
• IP address & PORT ( Contact EveryPay Support to receive )

Connecting to a Certified Provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ) & Locking the Terminal

• Start at the Terminal Screen:
  On the terminal's main screen, tap on the option labeled "AADE".

1. Choose to Connect to AADE

   Choose the second available option on screen, "AADE Connection With Cash Register (ECR)"

2. Select to connect with Cash Register

   Choose the connect option to proceed with the integration

3. Confirm your choice

   Confirm the action by pressing the related button

4. Success Message

   If everything is set up correctly, you’ll see a confirmation message on the screen.
