Going Live

Once your integration is complete and you've tested your implementation in our sandbox environment, you're ready to move to production.

This section provides everything you need to go live smoothly, whether you are using EveryPay Hardware POS terminals, the SoftPOS app, or both. It also includes all required steps for ensuring Greek fiscal compliance (AADE) with minimal friction.

Prerequisites Before You Go Live

Before we can activate your production setup, please ensure the following steps are complete:

  1. Successful Testing in Sandbox
    You should have tested your POS or SoftPOS integration end-to-end in our sandbox environment, including:

    • Transaction initiation
    • Completion/cancellation handling
    • Metadata passing (if applicable)
    • AADE compliance flows (e.g. ERP or cash register integration, if required)
  2. Terminal Assignment
    To perform tests or go live, your account must have at least one terminal assigned. These can be:

    • Hardware POS terminals
    • SoftPOS virtual terminals
  3. AADE Compliance Setup (if applicable)
    If your business is subject to Greek fiscal compliance:

    • Ensure ERP integration is in place (Law A.1155)
    • Ensure cash register compatibility has been reviewed (Law A.1098)
